4. Payments

All tests are offered at a fee of ₹5. Payment must be completed successfully to attempt the test and receive a certificate.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site to:

7. Termination

Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our skill tests, once a test attempt has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Our primary service is the provision of test attempts and digital certificates. Refunds are only provided under the following specific condition:

Refund Timeline

Eligible refund requests for failed payments must be raised within 10 days of your registration or payment attempt. Once we verify the failed transaction with our payment gateway, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a failed payment, please contact us at skiluprise@gmail.com from your registered email address. Please include your full name, the date of the transaction, and the order number (if available).

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not provide refunds in the following cases:

• If you simply change your mind after payment
• If you are unable to pass the test
• If you fail to complete the test within the allowed time
• For any successfully processed payment where test access was granted
